1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
Business Days means Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in Australia.
Consumer means a person purchasing products or services for personal use and not for resale or business purposes.
Cooling-Off Period means the period during which the Consumer may exercise their right to cancel an order.
Distance Contract means a contract concluded online, by email, phone, or other remote communication methods.
Goods means all products sold by Mavi & Lane.
Services means any services supplied by Mavi & Lane.
Website means the official website operated by Mavi & Lane.
Company, we, us, or our refers to Mavi & Lane.
Customer or you refers to the Consumer purchasing products or services from Mavi & Lane.

Mavi & Lane reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in AUD and include GST where applicable unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using approved payment methods available on the Website.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information.
If payment is declined or incomplete, the order may be delayed or cancelled.
Mavi & Lane reserves the right to recover reasonable costs incurred due to failed payments or chargebacks where legally permitted.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Mavi & Lane ships within Australia and internationally.
Estimated delivery times are guides only and are not guaranteed.
Orders are generally processed within 1–5 Business Days unless otherwise stated.
The Customer must provide accurate shipping details. Mavi & Lane is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery information supplied by the Customer.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.
If delivery is significantly delayed or impossible, the Customer may contact us for assistance or cancellation options in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.
To qualify for a return:

the item must be unused,

in original condition,
-
with original packaging where reasonably possible,
-
include accessories and proof of purchase.
The Customer must notify Mavi & Lane by email before returning products.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless:

the product is faulty,

the wrong product was supplied,

the product does not comply with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds will be processed within 14 Business Days after:

the returned product is received, or
-
proof of return shipment is provided.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
9. Non-Returnable Products
Returns or cancellations may not be accepted for:

customised or personalised products,
-
hygiene or personal care products after opening,
-
products damaged through misuse,

gift cards,
-
downloadable digital products,
-
clearance or final sale items,

products that deteriorate quickly.
This does not limit rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies rights granted under the Australian Consumer Law.
Under the ACL, Customers are entitled to:

repairs,

replacements,

refunds,

compensation for damages and losses,
where goods fail to meet consumer guarantees.
If a product has a major failure, the Customer may choose a refund or replacement.
If the failure is minor, Mavi & Lane may choose to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time.
11. Warranty and Product Issues
Customers should inspect products immediately upon delivery.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products must be reported within 30 days of delivery where possible.
Warranty does not cover:

normal wear and tear,

accidental damage,

misuse,

improper storage,

unauthorised modifications or repairs,

damage caused by failure to follow product instructions.
Manufacturer warranties may apply in addition to rights under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mavi & Lane is not liable for:

delays caused by third parties,

customs delays,

technical interruptions,

losses caused by incorrect information supplied by the Customer.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Mavi & Lane handles personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
Customer information is used for:

processing orders,

customer support,

fraud prevention,

legal compliance.
Payment details are processed securely through third-party payment providers.
14. Intellectual Property
All Website content including:
